Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Pin High Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pin High Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
